Wellness Workshops

Workshops are a one-day immersive approach to improving your wellness. Workshops can cover various topics, designed to promote mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being thrugh a collaborative and interactive engagement.  The goal of attending a workshop is for participants to gain tools and skills that can be incorporated into day-to-day immediately. 

The concentrated learning experience extends an opportunity to build upon strategies you may already have.  Additionally, you may build community and connection with other participants in the workshop.  ​​
