Welcome
I want to be the first to praise you for taking the step to prioritize yourself, your healing, and your future. That first step can often be the most difficult and accepting that challenge is a demonstration of your courage. Don't stop, keep going!

My Therapeutic Approach
I strive to create a warm, welcoming, non-judgemental dynamic with each and every person I work with. The therapeutic relationship is built off genuine trust, acceptance, and compassion. It is essential to me that services are individually tailored; as such I incorporate a variety of approaches, interventions and skills to foster your own unique experience. I invite you to share aspects of your values, culture and strengths to weave into the work we do together to foster an authentistic process.

Everybody has a story, and yours is valueable. The space I extend is to support you in exploring how to further develop your healing narrative. I am honored to walk alongside you as you gain deeper insight and understanding to your own value and strengthen your voice.

A Bit About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience supporting individuals, professionals, and organizations in building resilience, addressing trauma, and creating sustainable paths toward well-being.
My work focuses on counseling, consultation, retreats, and intensives designed to support both personal healing and professional growth. I partner with individuals and organizations to create supportive, trauma-informed environments that prioritize long-term wellness, balance, and effectiveness.

Training & Consultation
I am currently a consultant in training for both EMDR and Brainspotting.
In my role as a consultant in training, I provide consultation, supervision, and professional support to clinicians seeking to strengthen their clinical skills, deepen their understanding of trauma-informed care, and integrate evidence-based practices into their work in ethical and responsible ways.
My EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training number is #100012988.

Speaking & Professional Education
In addition to clinical and consultative work, I offer speaking engagements and professional education for organizations and groups on topics including:
-
Trauma-informed care
-
Stress management and burnout prevention
-
Resilience and nervous system regulation
-
Leadership wellness
-
Sustainable work-life practices
Whether I am guiding someone through an intensive experience, consulting with a professional, or presenting at a conference, my goal is always the same: to create a supportive space that fosters growth and equips people with practical tools they can carry forward into their lives and work.
