Welcome
I want to be the first to praise you for taking the step to prioritize yourself, your healing, and your future. That first step can often be the most difficult and accepting that challenge is a demonstration of your courage. Don't stop, keep going!

My Therapeutic Approach
I strive to create a warm, welcoming, non-judgemental dynamic with each and every person I work with. The therapeutic relationship is built off genuine trust, acceptance, and compassion. It is essential to me that services are individually tailored; as such I incorporate a variety of approaches, interventions and skills to foster your own unique experience. I invite you to share aspects of your values, culture and strengths to weave into the work we do together to foster an authentistic process.

Everybody has a story, and yours is valueable. The space I extend is to support you in exploring how to further develop your healing narrative. I am honored to walk alongside you as you gain deeper insight and understanding to your own value and strengthen your voice.

A Bit About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, trainer, and consultant with more than a decade of experience helping people and organizations find balance, build resilience, and prevent burnout. Through my work as the founder of Artemis Therapeutic Center and Courageous Hearts Wellness, I support individuals through counseling, retreats, and intensives, and I partner with teams and organizations to create healthier, more sustainable ways of working and living.
I am also a Brainspotting trainer and consultant and an EMDR consultant in training, and I provide supervision and ongoing support for professionals who want to strengthen their skills. Alongside this, I offer speaking and training for groups of all kinds on topics such as stress management, resilience, leadership wellness, trauma-informed care, and strategies for lasting well-being.
Whether I am guiding someone through a personal retreat, consulting with a business, or presenting at a conference, my goal is always the same: to create a supportive space that inspires growth and equips people with practical tools they can carry forward in life and work.
